Custom Harness Building
It is common to be told that the issue is “in the harness” and you will need to replace it! This can be very costly, as most harness’ are integrated with many other harness’ and are not sold individually, meaning replacement of a PLC or ACM harness may also include the Transmission harness and chassis harness, bringing the cost up needlessly higher, also increasing the install time, and other headaches such as breaking sensors or lines during removal. A lot of the time we are able to make a new harness for a fraction of the cost and install it beside the original harness, getting your unit back up and running faster.

Whether you’re a large shop or a self employed mobile tech, having your DataLink working is a must. we offer repair solutions for most types of damage and offer a quick and reliable turnaround on repairs so you can get back to work fast.
Custom Repair Solutions.
Some times parts aren’t repairable to OEM spec, or sometimes parts are not available due to distance or cost, maybe they are no longer in production, this shouldn’t mean that your unit is down. We are able to help find solutions to these situations. Fuse diagnostic and repair incorporates multiple technologies that aren’t found in typical shops, such as PC board level diagnostic, micro soldering repair, and FDM printing (3D printing) This allows us to make custom solutions to problems quickly, and get your unit back to work.
